Hunters' Glen Golf Club will be offering weekly full day Youth Golf Camps throughout July and August.

This instructional Golf program has been adapted to suit children aged 8 to 15. The course will offer instruction on the fundamentals of the game, including grip, stance, posture, alignment, and ball position from putting to the full swing. The students will have an opportunity to practice their skills utilizing our driving range, practice greens, and playing on the Hunters' Glen Fox Run Golf Course. Other activities include swimming, videos, outdoor games, and a variety of sports.  Bottled water, and lunch is included.  Cost is $349 per child, with discounts available for multiple children from the same family or multiple week registration.

Our program is supervised by our qualified team of Golf Instructors, Councilors & Lifeguards.

Cost:
$349 + GST, with 20% discount on second child from same family or second week of camp, and 30% discount on third or more child or week.   A limited number of participants will be accepted each week, thus we encourage early enrollment to ensure your choice of week(s).

Ages:
Children from ages eight to fifteen will be accepted, and will be grouped by age to ensure maximum enjoyment and minimal peer pressure.

Date & Hours:
Camps will run weekly, Monday to Friday, starting July 2, through to Labour Day weekend, from 9 am to 4 pm, with 8:30 am drop off and 4:30 pm pickup. 

Lunch & Beverages:
Our camp includes daily lunch and bottled water at regular intervals throughout each day.  We are sensitive to the needs of each child and ask that parents provide details of any dietary restrictions on the registration form.  Campers are welcome to bring pocket change for additional snacks available through our restaurant and Snack Hut.

Clothing, Equipment, & Sun Screen:
We recommend that the children be properly attired for summer weather conditions, and bring along a nap sack with light jacket in case of rain, as well swim wear and towel.  Each participant should have their own golf clubs, and parents should ensure that they are of the proper size for the child's age.  We can assist you in the purchase of appropriate equipment, at a reasonable price of $119 for a set of youth clubs and golf bag, but we do require a few weeks notice in advance.  Please also ensure that you supply your child with ample sun screen, as they will spend long periods of time in the outdoors.

Camp Staff:
We have recreation and golf specialists on staff to deliver a program that will provide outstanding golf instruction, life guard pool supervision, as well as other non-golf activities to keep their interest levels high.

Program Outline:
A typical day at the Hunters' Glen Camp will feature a morning golf instruction session, followed by swimming and beach volleyball or lawn games until lunch.  Each afternoon will include further golf instruction, and several holes of golf play on our Fox Run Golf Course.
